Crocs launches one of the most popular products in company history - Crocs for dogs

Sneaker brands aren’t the only ones making the most of Halloween. As Crocs kicks off its annual “Croctober” celebration, the Broomfield, Colorado-based footwear brand on Wednesday announced a new collaboration with Bark and the launch of life-sized Crocs apparel.

Crocs is debuting one of its most popular products in company history: clogs designed specifically for pets. In partnership with Bark, the new Pet Crocs are designed specifically for dogs and come with four pairs of boots with adjustable straps.

Pet Crocs are available in two glow-in-the-dark colorways — “Green Slime” and “Dragon Fruit” — in small (15-25 lbs), medium (26-50 lbs), and large (51-80 lbs) sizes. For pet owners looking to accessorize with their furry friends, adult-sized Classic Lined Clogs will also be available in the same colorways.

“This Croctober campaign embodies Crocs’ spirit of innovation and celebrates our diverse fan base by showing how our collective imagination can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary,” said Anne Mehlman, president of the Crocs brand, in a press release.

In addition to the first-ever Pet Crocs, the brand is celebrating Croctober with full-size Crocs classic apparel. Available now for $50, the oversized apparel is covered in rearrangeable Jibbitz charms and made from polyester foam. Left and right shoe apparel sold separately.

Throughout the month, the company is encouraging fans to share what Croctober means to them on social media by tagging @crocs. It’s also promising surprise gifts and exclusive product announcements.

In September, Crocs debuted a trio of horror movie shoe collections on Friday the 13th ahead of Halloween-themed footwear releases.

The Bark Pet Crocs ($50) and matching Classic Lined Crocs ($65) will release on October 23, which the brand has officially designated as Croc Day. They will be available for a limited time on crocs.com and in Crocs retailers.
