Ronnie Fieg Reveals a Pack of Kith x Asics Sneakers Inspired by Marvel Supervillains

Ronnie Fieg has revealed a massive three-way collaboration with Kith, Asics and Marvel focusing on supervillains.

The Marvel x Kith x Asics “Supervillians” pack includes the GT-2160, Gel-1130 and Gel-Kayano 14 sneakers. Fieg revealed the sneaker collection in an Instagram post Monday afternoon The Green Goblin, Venom and Magneto are all represented, as is the former two’s superhero counterpart in Spider-Man. Representing both superheroes and villains is The Silver Surfer of “Fantastic Four.”

While the precise method of release has yet to be announced, Fieg’s slideshow does reveal that at least two sneakers from the collection will be packaged together as a set. Two pairs of the GT-2160 come in a single box, one colorway in red, white and blue for Spider-Man and another in black, purple and blue for Venom.

An additional GT-2160 has been made for the Green Goblin with green and yellow as the primary colors, while a Gel-Kayano 14 appears to have been done up for The Silver Surfer with a silver iridescent upper with violet elements on the sole unit. Rounding out the assortment is a Gel-1130 done up for Magneto in shades of purple and red.

Along with the sneakers, Fieg also revealed Kith-branded comic issues. It’s not yet clear if they’ll be available to purchase individually, but the Spider-Man x Venom pack does appear to come with its corresponding comic.

Release information for the Marvel x Kith x Asics sneaker collection have yet to be revealed but will likely come soon. Footwear News will keep you abreast of any updates.
